2022-2023 Competitive Season
Canadian Competitive Program (CCP)* or XCEL Competitive
- Season runs from Monday, August 29, 2022 to Thursday, May 25, 2023.
- Break for Christmas week and February family week.
- Competitions to be determined, but likely 1 in February, 2 in March, 2 in April and Provincials in May.
- Gymnasts do not have to attend all competitions, but a minimum will be required to qualify for provincials.
*formerly known as Junior Olympic Program (JO)
Class Times
- CCP Level 1: Monday and Wednesday; 4:45-6:15pm (3 hours/week)
- CCP Level 2: Monday and Wednesday; 4:45-6:45pm (4 hours/week)
- CCP Level 3: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday; 5:30-7:30pm (6 hours/week)
- CCP Level 4-7: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday; 5:30-8:30pm (9 hours/week)
- XCEL Gold/Platinum: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday; 5:30-8:30pm (9 hours/week)
